Privacy policy.
In short: this site sets no cookies, doesn't track you and doesn't share your data with third parties.
Effective from 1 November 2026.
Who we are
This website belongs to Red Pand, a mobile game studio. For any question about personal data, write to redpandgame@gmail.com.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, analytics, ad pixels or other trackers. Fonts and images load from our own server, with no requests to third-party services.
That's why there is no cookie banner here: there is nothing to agree to.
What data we receive
When you submit the form, your email address and message go to our server and reach us as an email through the Resend email service. Resend processes them only to deliver the email. The form collects nothing else.
Like any website, our hosting may automatically log technical request data: IP address, browser type and time of the visit. It is needed to run and protect the site, and we don't use it to identify you.
Why and how long we keep it
We use your address and message only to reply and continue the conversation. We don't sell them, share them with third parties or add you to any mailing list unless you ask.
The studio's mail runs on Gmail, so messages are stored on Google's servers. We keep the conversation as long as it is needed and will delete it at your request.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to the conversation. Write to redpandgame@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Our games
This policy covers the website only. Each Red Pand game will have its own privacy policy, published with its release on the App Store and Google Play.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
